How can an external source be stored on timecard entries?

Summary:

External source on timecard entries

Content (required):

Hi,

We need to store an external source (something to tell us that data comes from that source), on timecard entries: this way, we can easily identify that timecard data was imported from that particular source.

Is this possible? If yes, any idea how can this be achieved?

Kind regards,

Elena
