Marital Status not updating. Examples below:

Employee 708098 had some updates made to her Marital status to change from Single to Married. The Warning says, “Approvals are in Progress.” However, when I go to the transaction console it says the change was automatically approved but the updates are still locked, and no changes were made. I also tried to take the transaction ID 300000031707599 and look for it in the Archived Transaction summary, but it does not come up at all.
