Employee is not getting any OTL warning messages

Summary:

We have FF validations which should throw warning messages. We see that the Warning message is working as expected when an admin or Manager puts time card for an employee. But when an employee puts time card for himself, he is not getting any warning message. But the employee is getting all the expected Error message. We also double checked that we do not define on who should see the warning message in the Fast formula.
