Calculated item for Actual Time spent in Learning

Hi there, the actual time spent for a learning item is measured in 0.5, 0.75, etc. We want to prepare a calculated item column in OTBI report that would translate the 0.5 to 30m, 0.75 to 45m, etc. How is this done?
