How to check old OIC instances payload

Summary:

Hi Team,

Is there any way to check the old OIC instances payload used in the integration for various activities in order to analyse any old issues. Is there any REST API / logging mechanism through which we can get the payloads of data used in old OIC instances?

Note: Client don't have any db hence we are not storing any data.
