Learners has to do a course every X days

Hi,

My client's need is for a few learners to do a course every X days.

According to videos and docs, I understand that I need to use Learning Initiatives

and there in Advanced Rules and define them. I succeed in doing that.

The question is why are there also Advanced Rules in Learning Assignments? I try to define learners in that option too but it didn't succeeded. What do I miss?

The second question- in Learning Initiatives- the learners have to choose an offering and I can't assign an offer to them.

The learners are not so technical in my organization. Is there a way to use Learning Initiatives- with assassin learners to a specific offering?
