Need guidance on the migration of WIP balances into Fusion

Content (required):

Customer is currently using EBS R12. They want to migrate all the open Work Orders which are in different stages of completion. Need guidance as to how the WIP Valuation can be arrived at their respective stages in the legacy system, how the migrate the same to Fusion and also an expert advice on how to recreate those work orders in Fusion from the stage at which it was left in EBS.
