How to track Coaching hours

Summary:

To track Coaching hours of the Instructors everyday and to create a report of the cumulative hours and the learners who took up the coaching

Content (required):

We have a requirement where there are Coachers who need to input the coaching hours whenever they are assigned for it. To handle this, currently we have created a course for which Offerings(Instructor-Led) are created everyday The expected effort is put in as hours and the learners who are part of the coaching are assigned to it. Upon the completion of the coaching the learners provide their completion. Also, we are checking on the feasibility of a cumulative report of the Learner's Actual efforts on all Offerings.
