Mandatory fields are missing

1-Navigate to pending worker

2-Click on convert action

3-Go to Biographical info section and click on edit pencil icon while clicking on continue DOB and Blood type both are showing mandatory error

Requirement is: We want system to throw error evrytime when DOB, Blood type or Gender any mandatory fields are missed without clicking on edit button

When we click convert action and submit system should validate that we have not entered mandatory fields.

without clicking on edit button/Perform edit Pending worker system should throw error if any mandatory field is missed.

Please suggest .
