Unable to hide DOB in family and emergency contacts

Hi there. We need to hide DOB for all countries when creating emergency contacts.

I've hidden it in design studio but it will not disappear like other fields in this region. I know it is the right field because I can make it mandatory. Has anyone overcome this?
