Hi All,

When the Custom resource Alert is created by Learn Admin and scheduled for daily once.

So, when we use this Alert in the Course and add it to learner.

So, the Alert is trigerred to learner follows which TimeZone,

1. Whether it's Learn Admin Regional preference time selected who has created the Alert

2. Whether it follows the Learner Regional preference time seelected

3. Whether it follows UTC TimeZone.

If everyone knows clear information on this. Please help me on this.
