What is the best way to mass assign a Dashboard to a large group

Summary:

Only a small handful of employees use the reporting system. I am building several Dashboards for various teams, and was wondering the best way to get those folks to that report. Is there a way to mass assign it to everyone's home page?

The only way I know of is for them to Favorite it, but i was trying to avoid having the large group of Employees having to navigate through the folders. If this is the only method, what would be the easiest way to limit what folders they can see and access?
