Why Oracle updates Incorrect Last_Update_Date in the po_lines_all table for a Change Order

Purchase order line get updated with incorrect Last_Update_Date when a Change order is approved and the PO line is updated.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Create a Change Order - Edit the existing PO

   2. Update the PO line fields(eg, quantity or unit price)

  3. Submit the Change Order(eg., 12/01/2022 10:00:00)

  4. Approve the Change order after few days(eg., 01/01/2023 01:00:00)

   5. Check the PO line last update date

   6. The change order gets implemented on 01/01/2023 01:00:00 and the table gets updated with quantity. But the Last updated date in the po_line_table gets updated with old date 12/01/2022 10:00:00
