Hi,

We have the requirement to stop the monthly accrual of Annul Leave in those months where the number of days of Parental Leave exceeds 15 at a monthly level. The plan is incremental with a monthly repeating period.

Currently I have a ff that manages to do this if the start date and end date are on the same month. However, if the absence has them in different months the formula returns the entire number of days requested in the month of start and 0 afterwards.
