I keep getting the Report definition not found:/Custom/Financials/Payables/Invoices/****.xdo error

I keep getting the Report definition not found:/Custom/Financials/Payables/Invoices/****.xdo error. I have copied a seeded datamodel and it's rtf and updated the seeded datamodel for extra columns and then updated the rtf accordingly. Both the custom datamodel and rtf are defined in the custom folder under Financials/Payables/Invoices.

I then copied the job defination 'Payables Invoice Register' and named it 'SU Payables International Invoice Register'

My new rtf does point to this..

What am I missing?? Any help would be appreciated.
