Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to display a custom text box depending on the start date selected on add a contingent worker flow?

Content (required):

The requirement is for a custom text box to appear if the start date selected on add a contingenet worker is in 6 days or less. So for example if adding the contingent worker and the start date is 14th Jan 2023 the text would appear as the start date is in less than 6 days time?
