query on getting tenancy to learn integration

Hi Experts

As there is no free instance to practice Oracle Integration, I'm planning to enroll for a free OCI account which is available for 30 days with credit card.

My query is can I get the account for every 30 days with same email ID ? and same credit card?

after 30 days should i delete my tenancy, please share doc on how to delete tenancy so that I can enroll for new one.
