Pre-Requisite of Course A Completion but Not Enrolled in/Completed for Course B

Summary:

I have a business requirement to set up an analysis report in the Assignment Analyses area, where the prerequisite of being able to enroll in Course B, is the completion of Course A, but with the added twist that you haven't already completed Course B.

Content (required):

Many learners have completed Course A, and some have already completed Course B. However, we want to make a recommended assignment to those who have completed Course A but have not completed Course B. We used to manually manage this process, but we need to automate it for sustainability.

I have the analysis report set up in our test environment that has filtered the results down to Active employees who have a Bypass Completed or Completed status for Course A.
