Updating Fields in form layout

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Based on some requirement I created a form layout in which some fields are read only some are editable .

I fetch the data for Form layout using get method and convert it to ADP data - REST API call .Now I have to update 4 or 5 fields among 50 fields in which some are LOV . How can I proceed now.
