Is there a way to add the Terms and Conditions attached to PO to a custom report. I've checked the standard PO template , and found the Tags however it is not clear from the data model how it was fetched from the database. My understanding the Terms and Conditions gets generated as HTML.

Is there a function or a specific SQL to fetch the T&C?
