Current date clarification

Hello,

For plan annual Leave, balance is given in advance for the whole year and it is calculated for the date of 31/12/23

Employee mentioned that when he reviewed the Absence Balance screen - it displays incorrect balance.

Please your clarification about the meaning of Balance As-of Date: Current date and what it shows.
