Absence Balance as of a specific date

Summary:

We have a Yearly repeating Annual Leave plan where our cycle is Jan to December.

Through Accrual Matrix fast formula, we are trying to apply for a forfeit in the first quarter of the year(onetime code. Only applicable for this year). This is working as well.

But, we need to calculate the exact plan balance as of a specific date for example, we need to calculate the exact plan balance as of 31st March 2023.

The below code that i am using is giving me year end balance. I am looking for exact balance as of 1st April 2023. If plan balance is 30 and there is leave applied from March 20 to 10 April, the plan balance as of 31 March should show me 19 days
