How to calculate Learning Assignment Creation Date + 7 Days in OTBI

First, I apologize, as I am not a reporting guru like you all so this question may seem rudimentary! I am the main administrator for our HCM Learning app. I often try to make my own reports in OTBI since our HCM Reporting team is so busy. Then if I get stuck like I am now, I create a ticket for them. However, I need a quick answer, so I'm turning to the OCCC community!

I am trying to create an assignment analysis that will assign a course based on the Assignment on Date + seven calendar days. (We have a habit-building learning initiative, and we don't want the learners to see the other courses until seven days after the previous assignment (regardless of completion).
