How to write filter for custom logic?

Summary:

I have a parameter Diverse, it has values ALL and Diverse. if user selects Diverse it should display the counts of diverse employee, if ALL selected all employee count should be displayed.

I have used Trend Real time and Person Real Time Subject areas. Below is the logic I have written for the parameter in filter criteria.

Below is the out put when I pass ALL for P_LOS variable. there are 3 diverse and 6 non diverse employees are there.

Since I need to display the counts, I excluded the person numbers, I expected count 3 for diverse and count 6 for non diverse. but it is giving below output.
