Compensation Analyst Role-View All cannot see any employee

Hello team,

I have assigned Compensation Analyst Role with View All to one user which means that he can access all employees under-

My Client Groups>Show More>Compensation>Compensation Info>Search any employee

Issue- Not able to see any other employee's record except his own.

Note- This user has only employee and Compensation Analyst with View All roles.

Am I missing something?

Any suggestions would be great!!!
