Date time range instead of date range in Mass Download of Document of Records

when we are bulk downloading the document of records, we have a field date range within which the approved documents can be downloaded. Is there an option to change this date range to date time range as our business requirement is to download all the documents before the cutoff time and those documents submitted after that time should be downloaded later.
