Expected behaviour when previously completed learning reassigned to learner via initiative

Summary: What should happen when learning is re-assigned to a learner with a previous completion?

Content (required): We have built analysis reports for learning initiatives which remove people on long-term leave, such as maternity, career breaks etc. The required training assigned via these initiatives has an initial due date of 28 days and a renewal period, e.g. 3 years. What is the expected behaviour in the following scenario please?

1) Learner completes training on 01/06/22 and therefore has renewal due date of 01/06/25

2) Learner goes on long-term leave from 01/07/22 - 01/03/23. During this time initiative removes learner from target audience so course is withdrawn.

3) Learner is added back to audience via initiative on -1/03/23 as they are back at work. Course is re-assigned.

Howdy, Stranger!
