Discretionary disbursement shadow element for Absences

Discretionary disbursement shadow element for the Primary element classification as Absences and Secondary Classification as Others

Content (required):

When we create an element with primary classification as Absences and Secondary Classification as Others and selected the Accruals Balances and Absences option as what type of absence information transferred to payroll on the element template , not seen any shadow element for discretionary disbursement.

If you have any idea , could you please let me know the discretionary disbursement shadow element won't create for Absences/Others element classification?
