Restricting expenditure types on project timecard on the basis of HCM job

Summary:

We have a requirement to restrict the expenditure type LOV on project timecard on the basis of HCM job of the person entering the timecard.

Content (required):

There is a mapping between HCM job of the person and the expenditure type. Based on this mapping, as soon the timecard entry page opens, it should only show those expenditure types in the LOV to be selected, which are mapped to corresponding HCM job of the person entering the timecard. 

Currently, the project standard cost collection flexfield does not provide a context for Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (it provides for all other sources). So, we can't edit the expenditure type value set from here.
