Use the POV period in the where clause of a SQL query - Data Exchange in Planning

Summary:

Use of the ~PERIOD~ variable in an integration with a query

Content (required):

We have integrations setup that read data from an external database source. The Agent is used in an Asynchronous setup.

The final step would be to align the period selections from Data Exchange Point of View and the query being sent to the database.

In EPM Automate we launch following command succesfully:

epmautomate runIntegration EBS_PLAN_Data1_Cost1 importMode=Replace exportMode=Merge period="{Jan-22}" EBS_PERIODE="JAN-2022"

  • period="{Jan-22}" sets the correct Point of View
  • EBS_PERIODE is a filter we created in the Edit Options of the Source Application that is being used in our query

Howdy, Stranger!
