Linking specializations

We have a very complex catalog structure and I was wondering if it will be possible to link specializations, for example can ‘Specialization Two’ be a 'prerequisite' to the ‘Specialization One’, so that 'One' is completed before the learner starts 'Two'?

Does anyone have any creative ideas
