Order of values in POV column getting changed after migration

Summary:

We had created an export job in the dev environment, where in the order of the dimensions in the POV column was a specific one. However, when it was migrated to the test environment, the order of columns got changed, causing the jobs which consume these extracts, to load incorrect data in to incorrect columns. The jobs were not migrated manually, a snapshot migration was done.
