Configuration Import/Export Issues

Summary:

CSV import and export functionality and rapid implementation sheet both not working.

Content (required):

Having a lot of issues with the CSV export/import - looking to see if anyone is as well. I did a straight export of the 'Manage Lease Configuration' task from a lower environment, didn't change anything and uploaded to PROD. Got an 'invalid value' error and the value was provided and created by Oracle. Also tried rapid implementation and configuration packages with no success.


Are these known bugs? Has anyone successfully implemented configurations in a non-manual manner?
