Why FCC Application Size Increase in OCI By 3x?

In Classic environments, the disk size is shown as compacted disk size. In OCI environments, the disk size is shown as a non-compacted disk size.

Snapshot Size Increased Once Migrated to OCI Instance ( Doc ID 2886521.1 )

We got OCI loaner environment and we see

Planning application size increased by almost 50% (710MB to 1GB).

FCC Non-DSO increased by almost 3 times (from 18GB to 67GB).

Why we have such a huge increase for FCC?

I understand non-compacting size but I expect both applications increase by a similar percentage. Any thoughts or ideas on this?
