We are moving from v1 to v3 version seniority date & we have some questions on this v3 version of seniority date,

1) If we correct/update the seniority date from seniority date page, will it impact the work relationship of an employee?

2) Latest Hire Date/ Most Recent Hire Date where can it be seen in seniority date page in the application and is there any documents for the logic behind calculation.

3) If I change the date from seniority date page and then run the calculate seniority date process will it remains the same which I have changed or will it returns back to the value it was before.
