Can we restrict/hide the withdraw button on the resignation page while the approval is inprogress?

Summary: We have a scenario, where we want to restrict the withdraw button for the employees on the resignation page until their resignation gets fully approved. Once the resignation is completely approved it should get visible to the employees.
