Pricing Strategy for Customer specific Price is not defaulting

I have created customer Profile for the Customer C1 and Prcing segment Spring associated to Pricing Strategy and assignment with Price List P1 list test where price for product is 0.78

So when i have created SO for other then C1

Price and Pricing strategy defaulting sale .. So Global Pricing Strategy and Price is not defaulting..

If Sales order is created to C1 Then price for product should default from P1 Price list test

If sales order is C2 then Price for product should default from C2 Pricing Strategy and C2 Price List and Price List product Price should be 0.60 EUR
