How to use a central document to feed NR transfer price to other documents

Hi all

We want to implement a project where we have a central document where we have the source NR information to feed other documents - regional ones. However, whenever we want to make a change to the data/information, we want to do this only int eh Central document and the changes are fed to the other regional document.

has someone used this method and knows how to implement it?
