How to update Asset Cost combination via Rapid Sheet

Hi,

I am using the Rapid Implementation sheet to update the natural account segment but cannot update segment 1, 2 and 3 (Entity, Program, Organization). I am only able to update the natural account (Segment 4).

Is there anyway I can update these segments individually based on the category? I know I can update it via Account Defaults but that would update it across all categories.
