Pausing Learning Assignment when Learner is on Medical Leave.

Summary:

Our old system had the capability to pause learning when the employee's status was set to "On Leave" as of now employees just look past due if learnings cannot be completed or are assigned and not completed while they are out.

Are there any solutions for them not to look past due, or does anyone have any best practices they can share in this situation? We have over 6000 employees, so we do not have the ability to keep a running list on the side especially since we aren't "HR" and do not know when LOA is happening until we are told by a manager.

Howdy, Stranger!
