Phone number and Email data is not visible for pending worker.

We have created a custome role called HRIS Data Analyst who performs several duties.

This role also converts the pending workers. While processing the custom role is unable to view the Phone# and email address for the pending worker. If i pick the same pending worker from different roles i am able to see the phone# and email address for pending worker. Unable to figure what privilege is missing for the custom role.
