In restricted party adhoc screening is the screening history stored?

Summary:

In restricted party screening (adhoc) we would like to know when party information that is entered by user and the screening is performed is the data, from which user what party information has been entered and what matches were found, stored in any table and how can we access that data? Also is it possible for a new party record to be created in adhoc screening page when tried to screen that new record?
