Q: Will the learner get a notification to accept/decline a seat?

A: You can deploy one using a Resource Alert. 

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: What happens if a learner does not accept a seat?

A: Learners will occupy a seat until either the learner declines or the admin manually withdraws them or puts them back on the waitlist. The seat can not be grabbed by another person during this time.
