Hi team,

I am unable to access APEX or any Database Actions, using one of customized user's login credentials. It is displaying an error , saying

  • ORDS was unable to make a connection to the database. This can occur if the database is unavailable, the maximum number of sessions has been reached or the pool is not correctly configured. The connection pool named: |ocid1.auton...| had the following error(s): ORA-28000: The account is locked.

It was simply operating till yesterday. I am unable to figure why the error just showed up randomly. Can you guys help with this, as to what exactly can be the issue behind this error?
