BI Publisher - reference another group value from within a nested grouped area

Content (required): I have a repeating group in an rtf template using BI Publisher and I need to reference another field from a 'higher level' group, I want to reference the last value in the earlier group. I have experimented with ../ and using explicit full syntax naming, but I cannot get the higher level field to display.

I am in the repeating group that references the fields in the <JELINE_ROW>, but I need to show the <ACCOUNTING_CODE_COMBINATION from the <LIST_CCID_S> <CCID_S> group.
