Save to Document of records post HCM Transaction Approval?

Summary:

I would like to know the feasibility or anyone implemented on the following requirement.

Once an action has been completed from the Change Assignment, Change Salary or Global/Local Transfer to an employee, the transaction goes to approval. Once the transaction is approved, the same details in notification received for approval needs to be saved in Employee's DOR in PDF format.

An export similar to the POST APPROVAL reports format to be saved down automatically saved to the team member’s document of records.

We can use the same templates as what is being used for the notification itself to save down.
