How Adjusted Booking History is calculated for each item when it is provided at Category level?

We want to understand how Adjusted Booking History measure is calculated for each item when it is provided at Category group level.

Content (required):

We have a requirement were we have to provide booking history for a group of items. So we are using a category - Hatchets which has a group of items associated (Lets say Item A and Item B) and entering the value (Lets say 10) at Adjusted Booking History measure for date 12/28/20. So now we want to understand, how the value 10 is divided for both item A and B in final booking history measure for date 12/28/20.
