Unable to connect EPBCS application trough browser and smart view
Summary:
users not able to connect EPBCS application through browser and also smartview
Content (required):
users are tryinto log on into system using sso but some users not able to connect EPBCS application through browser and also smartview, however some users able to connect but some are not.
Client users are using microsoft edge browser
Is this issue related to support of retired internet explorarl version ?
is it due to any updates installed in laptops ?
