Summary: Over the last few months I have noticed that new hires will have the correct hire date but their start date is incorrect. Start Date can be viewed by employees by going to Me - Personal Details - Personal Information - Start Date (in the Name section & the Demographic Information section).

As an Admin when I go to My Client Groups - Person Management - search for employee - I see the correct Hire Date. Why does the Start Date and the Hire Date field no longer sync and match? We hire through ORC by sending candidates to the Pending Worker's area. See screenshots below.
