OCI free trial account sign up problem

Hi Experts

I have tried to sign up for OCI free trial account for learning integration but I'm getting below error after credit card payment. No help / response from Oracle support since 2 months now. Please help


I have used a valid VISA credit card for payment and also the address / contact details are correctly provided .


We're unable to complete your sign up. Common sign up errors are due to: (a) Using prepaid cards. Oracle only accepts credit card and debit cards (b) Intentionally or unintentionally masking one's location or identity (c) Entering incomplete or inaccurate account details. Please try again
